Yoga is appropriate for anyone; beginners are welcome.
Jennifer Dhyana Nucci, LMT, CST, CYT, RMT is Kripalu certified in yoga instruction. She's been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. She's taught yoga and meditation to all ages and is trained in Thai Yoga Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, shiatsu, 5 Element Chinese Medicine, Nonviolent Communication, Tantra Yoga, vocal instruction, Prenatal Yoga and is a Reiki Master. She teaches large and small classes and offers private sessions. She delights in form and formlessness, in the eternal qualities of now and the mysteries of being.
